BAAQMD Board of Directors Meeting
BAAQMD and MRC are negotiating a settlement. Let’s make sure it includes: 1) No more delays for MRC to comply with Rule 6-5; 2) Passive collection plates; 3) Independent air monitoring; 4) Installation of a wet gas scrubber and 5) MRC pays all of BAAQMD’s attorney fees.
